On September 20, the reporter learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission that Suxian Industrial Concentration Zone, Donggu E-commerce Group in Chenzhou High-tech Zone, Zixing Dongjiangwan Electric Business Industrial Park and other 24 units were awarded the second batch of provincial double creations demonstration base in the opening ceremony of 2017 national "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" activities week Hunan branch held in September 15. Chenzhou Economic Development Zone was approved the first batch of provincial double creations demonstration base in 2016. There are 4 units successfully approved the provincial-level double creations demonstration base at present, in the forefront of the province (tied for fourth with Zhuzhou and Xiangtan).

In recent years, Chenzhou City focused on entrepreneurial and innovation resource and gathered the capital, talent, technology, policy and other advantageous resources to constantly improve the double creations policies and measures, expand the source of venture capital, build entrepreneurial and innovation ecology, strength the double creations construction and plan to construct 15 of high standard business bases and entrepreneurial parks, to effectively stimulate the new momentum in economic development. From January to August in 2017, Chenzhou City completed entrepreneurship training for 4614 people, issued 154.71 million yuan of entrepreneurial guarantee loans and added 757 new high-skilled talents, 76.90%, 81.43% and 252.33% of the annual target tasks respectively; added 18588 new business entities, and drove 40277 urban and rural people to work, 105.86% of the annual target tasks.
