On the afternoon of October 10, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren presided over the coordination meeting to support the listing of Yangtao Environmental Company. Liu Zhiren required that all departments at all levels must fully implement the strategies of "innovation lead, open and rise" and "industry-led, all-round development" and support the real economic development with a strong sense of responsibility.

Chenzhou Yangtao Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is an environmental protection governance enterprise mainly in arsenic-containing solid waste disposal and gold extraction for refractory gold slag, the provincial key listed reserve enterprise. At the coordination meeting, the municipal relevant departments, Suxian District and part of the financial institutions responsible person made the statement and put forward the comments and suggestions on the registration, relocation, financing and other requests.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that the departments at all levels must improve the political station and effectively establish the "four consciousness". We must earnestly implement the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping, earnestly implement the "five development concepts", earnestly follow the instructions of the leaders on the environmental pollution control and environmental management strategy of solid waste and the decision deployment of the provincial committee and government, and unswervingly promote the environmental remediation in mines and pollution control of arsenic and caustic sludge.

Liu Zhiren required that we must adhere to proceed from the overall situation of ecological civilization construction and economic and social sustainable development, and effectively strengthen the solid waste pollution prevention and control work. We must strengthen the consciousness of implementing the law on the prevention and control of solid waste pollution, consolidate the working foundation and improve the work mechanism of solid waste supervision; must adhere to the problem-oriented and strive to solve the problem of solid waste pollution control; must coordinate the promotion, strengthen the coordination of government, enterprises and public environmental protection, strengthen the coordination of solid waste reduction, resource utilization and harmless treatment, and strengthen the coordination of solid waste, atmospheric, water and soil pollution prevention and control to promote the overall improvement of the ecological environment.

Liu Zhiren required that we must strengthen the sense of responsibility to create a favorable environment for enterprise, increase policy support for environment comprehensive management, and strengthen the technical, project, financial and policy support. We should earnestly implement the relevant documents issued by the Central Committee and the State Council, build the clear and new political and business relations, create a market environment for promoting fair competition and integrity management and a strong atmosphere for respecting entrepreneurs and encouraging entrepreneurs to do business, and encourage entrepreneurs to actively communicate with Party committees and governments at all levels to protect their legitimate rights and interests according to the law. The government departments must keep their promises, take the initiative to serve enterprises, and fully support the development of enterprises, but cannot replace and interfere with production and business activities. The integrity is the foundation of enterprise survival and enterprises should operate in accordance with the law, operate in good faith, and actively fulfill their social responsibilities to make a contribution to the local economic and social development.

Liu Zhiren stressed that we must conscientiously implement the spirit of the special coordination meeting on arsenic pollution control held by Provincial Development and Reform Commission in Lengshuijiang on August 28, and fully support the company to solve the listing, financing, environmental protection, land and other aspects of the problem according to the law, to promote to build the leading enterprise of the national arsenic containing solid waste comprehensive utilization; must promote the support for a number of listed enterprises and enhance the leading role of listed companies for the industry to make the competitive industry bigger and stronger with government initiatives, financial leverage and capital pull. Yangtao Company should do a good job in the strategic and planning development, strengthen management, and increase investment in science and technology, security, environmental protection and other aspects to become a national first-class environmental protection enterprise.
