From October 23rd to 24, Vice Governor He Baoxiang investigated the open economy and tourism industry in Chenzhou City. Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren participated in the investigation.

He Baoxiang and his entourage came to the Shimen Dragon Palace, Qin and Han Ancient Road, Gems Industrial Park, Dongjia Electronics (Chenzhou) Co. Ltd., Ziwei World and Longguiping Ancient Village in Linwu County, and the Jinfu Technology, Hunan Wanhua Ecological Board Industry Co. Ltd., Shennong Temple, Rice Field Park, and Shantang Village in Anren County to understand more about the open economy and tourism industry.

Shimen Dragon Palace in Linwu County has unique geological landforms and the natural stalactite wonders. The scenic area will invest 600 million yuan to develop the Tongtian Mountain and surrounding ancient villages to build the China Dragon Culture Park.

After viewing the karst caves and stone dragons in Shimen Dragon Palace, He Baoxiang also knew the origin and development of the dragon culture from the provincial cultural relic protection experts. He stressed that the scenic area should be based on full investigation, exploration and design, and do good job in development and planning to promote the fine tourism products.

Linwu County Gems Industrial Park, a total investment of 1.6 billion yuan, will build a set of public offer, exhibition, trade, research and development, science and other multi-functional urban economic complex in one around the Tongtian Jade City. He Baoxiang watched the whole process of Tongtian jades on the jades selecting, engraving, grinding, processing and sales, and praised the development of Hunan Tongtian jades. He hoped that Lingwu County should rely on the jade industry, increase the propaganda and make more excellent works to create the "new growth pole".

In 2016, Shantang Village Anren County built the Fengjin Industrial Park through attracting investment with three phases. The first and second phases of the project cover an area of more than 3000 mu, investment of 120 million yuan, mainly including the tourist service center, rural folk, flowers and fruits planting, extreme grass skiing, archery, hippodrome, camping, fishing, outdoors practice and other ecological tourism projects.

He stressed that the tourism industry should form a development model that can be extended, replicated and sustainable and we should mobilize the local people to set up the rural folk and farmhouse, and drive them to build up the family fortunes.

The zero formaldehyde ecological project of Hunan Wanhua Ecological Board Industry is a set of production, learning and research as one of the "zero formaldehyde industrial project" and mainly produces the "zero formaldehyde straw ecological boards", which are widely used in decoration, wardrobes, cabinets, floors and customized home furnishing products.

After understanding the production process, He Baoxiang hoped that the enterprises could open consciousness, grasp the industrial transfer, strengthen the connection with the county internal departments and dock the resources; should focus on the technological innovation and product development to make the leading products bigger and stronger.
