On November 17th, Chenzhou City held the reform and innovation case review meeting, further summarized and demonstrated the achievements of comprehensively deepening reform in Chenzhou, and brought together the consensus and wisdom of reform to encourage the whole city to join the reform and development with higher enthusiasm.

Since the 18th National Congress, Chenzhou has comprehensively deepened the reform work, playing a very important role in economic and social development and improvement of people's livelihood to form a large number of reform achievements and emerge a large number of typical experience of reform.

At the meeting, 20 unit reporters of shortlisted innovation cases reported in turn，and the judge group selected 10 cases in accordance with the requirements of originality, popularization and effectiveness. The cases involved in the review were effective and had their own characteristics. The "Landscape town integration reform to develop a new path for rural revitalization -- Reform record of ‘production town integration, landscape town unification’ mode in Reshui Town Rucheng County" maximized the intensive management, optimized the resources and maximized the benefits of Reshui town; "the reform pilot of rural collective assets stock power and functions in Zixing City" has been fully affirmed and supported by the farmers to forme a unique "Zixing experience"; the "cross-border lock" rapid customs clearance reform in Chenzhou realized the seamless docking of Hunan, Hong Kong and Guangdong ports. Chenzhou has achieved historic breakthroughs in docking Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and rapid integration into the global logistics system.

"The 20 cases cover the political construction, economic construction, ecological civilization construction, Party building and other aspects with distinct characteristics and typical features, reflecting the starting point of reform for the people." The group leader and Vice President of Municipal Party School Professor Tang Zhongming said.
