On the evening of November 21st, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren held talks with Mo Bin, President of Country Garden Holdings. The two sides exchanged views on further cooperation. Liu Zhiren hoped that the two sides would practice the new concept of development, strive to achieve the people's yearning for a better life, and achieve win-win cooperation in accordance with the 19th National Congress spirit.

During the meeting, Liu Zhiren briefly introduced the economic, social and industrial development of our city to Mo Bin and his party, and introduced all the advantages of our city as a cultural attraction, resources treasure, transportation, health care land and open city.

On behalf of the Chenzhou municipal Party committee and municipal government, Liu Zhiren welcomed Mo Bin and his party to attend the Hunan Chamber of Commerce and visit in Chenzhou. Liu Zhiren said that the Country Garden is the world's top 500 enterprises, which has the influence in Hunan, in China and even in the world, and has made great contributions to the economic and social development of Chenzhou.

Liu Zhiren hoped that the Country Garden Holdings could investigate in each county (city, district) and set up the project construction points. Chenzhou will also give full support to the relevant services. He also hoped to increase investment in town features and develop tourism characteristic towns, ecological characteristic towns and so on with the new development concept; hoped that the two sides could regard the people's yearning for life as the starting point and end point of their work to build a batch of high quality and high grade real estates in accordance with the 19th National Congress spirit. At the same time, he hoped that the Country Garden could further increase efforts to focus on the progress of project construction and expand the field of project cooperation; further adhere to win-win cooperation, build the best houses and most quality residential areas for the people, bring benefits for enterprises and increase taxes for Chenzhou to achieve win-win development.

Mo Bin briefly introduced the current development situation of Country Garden Holdings. Mo Bin said that he was very grateful to the Chenzhou Municipal Committee and the municipal government for the support and concern of the Country Garden, and hoped to have greater development in Chenzhou in the future. At present, in addition to the construction of real estates in Chenzhou urban area, Country Garden Holdings also plans to build real estates in 11 counties (cities, districts). At least 12 real estates will be opened and sold next year, bringing high quality products to the local people, and striving to realize the people's yearning for a better life. He hoped to be able to fulfill social responsibility, cooperate with the government, actively participate in the shantytowns project, and make due contributions to the local economic and social development; hoped to cooperate with Chenzhou in the city-industry integration, industrial positioning and other aspects, and do a good job of city-industry integration under the guidance of the government.
