It was understood that after the 2017 Chenzhou (Autumn) Beautiful Rural Tourism Cultural Festival and the opening ceremony of Crape myrtle in Linwu County ended, the county strengthened the efforts to create a new ecological blueprint, Linwu Huanglong Mountain Botanical Garden landscape project to realize the ecological county, tourism county and harmony county.

It was reported that Linwu Huanglong Mountain Botanical Garden located in the northern part of the county, west to No.1 Middle School and South to North Huancheng Road, has obvious advantage of location and traffic, the total land area of about 63 hectares and the total investment of 146.2 million yuan, which takes the native trees in Linwu area as the background, and embodies the topography and geomorphology of the mountain to fully display the variety of plant species. It is a comprehensive botanical garden which integrates the plant science, scientific research, visiting, sightseeing and other functions in one, and the building concept is to highlight the coexistence of development and ecology in the county, promote the construction of ecological civilization and adhere to the concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".

To ensure the completion and use of the Huanglong Mountain Botanical Garden in the middle of next year, the county has worked hard on the project landing, construction and coordination in accordance with the instructions of the leaders at all levels. At present, the construction of pay-off, earth excavation, finishing and examining trough, and pile foundation construction have been initially completed. The author saw on the construction site that the construction supervision and workers were busy to ensure the construction period and quality.

The county leaders told reporters: "The rural tourism project is the fundamental to increase the economic gross of Linwu County, enhance the comprehensive strength and gather the stamina of development. We have a good starting on this year's Autumn Crape Myrtle Tourism Cultural Festival and continue to start up the Huanglong Mountain Botanical Garden landscape project to build a scenic spot, lead a batch of enterprises, develop the economic and make people rich."
