Recently, the "City in Forest · Capital of Mineral Crystals" Hunan Chenzhou Investment Promotion Meeting of 2019 Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition was held. At the promotion meeting, Zixing City signed about 4 billion yuan of major projects on the spot. Luo Chenghui, Vice Secretary of the Zixing Municipal Committee and Mayor, participated in the project signing.

At the promotion meeting, Zixing City and Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Technology Co., Ltd signed the "Eco-restoration and Environmental Governance Project" with a total investment of 4 billion yuan. With the help of the strong technology, capital strength and advanced management and operation mode of Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Technology, the project will focus on resolving the historical problems of environmental pollution in Zixing City from aspects of water, atmosphere and soil, doing a good job of ecological environmental protection restoration and environmental governance in Zixing City, and developing resource recycling industry and environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry to promote the construction of intelligent environmental protection system and the formation of ecological capital, green development pattern.
