On August 27, Zhang Liming, General Manager of China Hualu Group, and his delegation came to Chenzhou City for cooperation and negotiation. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, attended the meeting. Last month, Liu Zhiren led the investment team to conduct an inspection on China Hualu Group in Beijing, and held talks on further deepening cooperation and achieving win-win development with Zhang Liming. This time Hualu Group came to Chenzhou to deepen cooperation and implement the plan.

China Hualu Group Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned enterprise specializing in R&D, manufacture and sales of audio and video products and related application technology. The first cooperation with Chenzhou was in 2006. After 13 years of development, Hualu has formed a new industry and new format. At the meeting, Zhang Liming introduced the purpose of deepening cooperation and landing planning in Chenzhou. The participants exchanged speeches and made their own statements.

"This is the third meeting with General Zhang." Liu Zhiren laughed. Last November 23 was the first time that Hualu Group came to Chenzhou to talk about cooperation. It hoped that it could open up a new industrial development model based on the original cooperation with Chenzhou, and plan to build a data lake in Zixing Big Data Industry Park, so as to provide big data services for the industrial upgrading and economic development of Chenzhou. The investigation in Beijing and this talks were the second and third meeting respectively.

Liu Zhiren said that China Hualu Group and Chenzhou have a good basis for cooperation. At present, China Hualu Group has entered a period of transformation and development. Chenzhou will actively help Chenzhou Hualu to activate its assets, find new development orientation, activate new formats and develop new industries; innovate the system and mechanism, and innovate the management mode according to the modern enterprise management system; rationally evaluate the assets and do a solid job in revitalizing and disposing the related assets; strengthen the construction of enterprise culture, strengthen the team building, establish rules and regulations, and make the enterprises stronger, better and more considerations.
