On the morning of September 23, an on-the-spot meeting on experience exchange of high-quality industrial development (Southern Hunan area) held by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hunan Province was held in Jianghua High-tech Zone, Yongzhou City. Chenzhou High- tech Zone won the "Award for High Quality Development of Industrial Park Industry in Hunan Province in 2019". Cao Zhihong, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Chenzhou High-tech Zone, attended the licensing ceremony and made a typical speech.

In recent years, Chenzhou High-tech Zone has carried out "three promotion years" and "four special actions" to give full play to its location advantages, actively serve Greater Bay Area, actively undertake industrial transfer, deepen industrial positioning, continuously expand industrial chain investment, constantly increase scientific and technological innovation, and constantly optimize business environment. Good results have been achieved in high-quality development of the zone. In 2019, Chenzhou High-tech Zone has advanced 9 and 15 places respectively in the comprehensive ranking of national high-tech zones and industrial parks in Hunan Province, and was rated as "Top 10 Foreign Trade Parks" and "Advanced Business Parks" in the province. In 2020, Chenzhou High-tech Zone was successfully included in the green manufacturing system creation plan of Hunan Province.
