On October 31, the 22nd Central China (Hunan) Agricultural Expo opened in Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center. Vice Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Kan Baoyong, attended the opening ceremony and visited Chenzhou exhibition area.

With an area of 1446 square meters, our city has organized 52 agricultural enterprises to display 127 characteristic agricultural products in Hunan Food Exhibition Hall, Brand Industry Chili Restaurant and Brand Industry Tea House. Among them, there are 20 traditional food enterprises, 1 aquatic product processing enterprise, 1 grain production enterprise, 2 medicine and bamboo wood processing enterprises, 6 fruit planting and processing enterprises, 7 tea production enterprises, 7 vegetable enterprises, 3 "Shuangbaijia" farmer cooperatives and 3 family farms.

Kan Baoyong carefully inspected all kinds of agricultural products and talked with the person in charge of the participating enterprises to understand the production process, brand cultivation, market promotion, scientific and technological research and development, promotion of agricultural income, etc. He stressed that we should base our city's rich agricultural resources, deeply plough modern agriculture, develop advantageous characteristic agriculture according to local conditions, create a brand of Chenzhou, and create a modern agricultural development road with strong brand quality and increasing benefit by brand, so as to improve the industrial support for high-quality development of our city. We should firmly rely on and make good use of the important platform of Agricultural Expo, broaden the sales channels of agricultural products, deepen the agricultural investment cooperation, promote more high-quality and characteristic agricultural products of Chenzhou to go abroad, and help to overcome poverty and revitalize the countryside.
