On the afternoon of November 13, Chenzhou High-tech Zone held a handover ceremony for the contracted projects in 2020. At the handover ceremony, the Investment Promotion and Investment Department and the Enterprise Service Department of the High-tech Zone signed the "Confirmation Letter of Matter Handover", and reached formal agreements on the matters transfer, work connection, approval and management linkage, so as to ensure the division of labor and cooperation in all links and the responsibility of each link after 29 projects enter the park, so as to fully guarantee the early production and effectiveness of enterprises.

The project handover ceremony coincided with the establishment of an enterprise service department responsible for the administrative approval and related services of investment enterprises in the High-tech Zone. The purpose of the ceremony was to promote the good work between the departments and the enterprise service departments of the High-tech Zone, strengthen the service awareness of each department and bureau, improve efficiency, and promote the rapid and stable implementation of investment promotion. The meeting pointed out that all departments and bureaus need to improve their service awareness, clarify their responsibilities and functions, continuously and efficiently carry out the work related to the contracted projects of enterprises, grasp the development advantages of Chenzhou Areaof Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone, and implement and make achievements in the work related to investment promotion.

Since this year, the High-tech Zone has made full use of Chenzhou's advantages in industry and geography. It has signed 7 land purchase projects and 14 rented plant projects, attracting more than 10 billion investment in total. In addition, the Management Committee of the High-tech Zone has made great achievements in attracting investment. In addition, the Management Committee of the High-tech Zone has innovated its service work, actively maintaining close contact with enterprises, timely understanding the needs of enterprises, solving investment problems and clarifying enterprises investment process, targeted development of enterprise services.
