On the afternoon of November 16, our city held cooperation talks with CITIC Zhengye, China Railway Construction Development Group, Guangdong Communication Industry Service Company and other enterprises. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Zhang Jinzhou, Vice President of the China National Trade Promotion Association, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, relevant persons in charge of CITIC Zhengye, China Railway Construction Development Group, Guangdong Communication Industry Service Company and other enterprises respectively introduced the basic situation of their respective enterprises, and put forward the intention of cooperation with Chenzhou in the fields of big data center, smart city, modern logistics, industrial fund and ecological environment protection, comprehensive management and development of river basin, transformation of old urban area and development of urban area.

After listening to the speeches, Liu Zhiren, on behalf of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, welcomed all entrepreneurs to visit Chenzhou for investigation and research, and also expressed his gratitude for their love and concern for Chenzhou. Liu Zhiren said that at present, Chenzhou is carrying out the spirit of the 5th Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, giving full play to advantages, avoiding weaknesses, inheriting red genes and promoting green development.

Liu Zhiren said that it is necessary to cooperate in good faith, speed up the docking, take the road of win-win cooperation, jointly create a first-class new business format and jointly develop the real economy; to formulate a project list, further refine the project, strengthen the investigation and demonstration, and ensure the implementation of each project; to integrate resources, such as talents, capital and contacts through projects; and to formulate work plans, clarify the responsible person and responsible unit, and promote all work according to the time node.

Liu Zhiren said that Chenzhou City will create the best business environment for the development of enterprises.

Zhang Jinzhou briefly introduced the investment intention of China National Trade Promotion Association in Chenzhou. Zhang Jinzhou said that they would further integrate resources, strengthen cooperation and docking with Chenzhou, and contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of Chenzhou.
