In 2020, Zixing City will adopt small team investment promotion, online investment promotion, business investment promotion and other ways to accurately connect the upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, vigorously strengthen, supplement and extend the chain, highlight the industrial agglomeration effect of big data, new materials and electronic information, and introduce a total of 57 projects in the city.

Some time ago, Chenzhou Qibin Photovoltaic Module High Transparent Substrate Material Project with an investment of 3 billion yuan officially settled in Ziwu Industrial Park. So far, Qibin Group has implemented three innovative national technology projects of photovoltaic glass in Zixing City, and successfully attracted a number of upstream and downstream projects of silicon industry chain extension, such as Saililong silicon material, Changxing new material, Soktai 5G intelligent panel, Hanyike medical anion, with a total investment of more than 20 billion yuan.

Zixing City has made full use of Dongjiang Lake cold water, silica ore, eco-tourism, high-quality agricultural and sideline products and other resources to carry out the "year of promoting industry chain investment". In order to successfully attract a large number of upstream and downstream related enterprises such as big data, we carried out various forms of investment promotion activities, such as business promotion, theme investment promotion, entrusted investment promotion, and small team investment promotion, implemented the industry chain strengthening and chain mending project. We have accelerated the construction of Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park, implemented incremental power distribution, Eason Technology and other projects, promoted the entry of government affairs, finance, telecommunications, mobile communications and other projects, and formed a big data industrial chain with obvious advantages. We have built a new energy base with Shanshan Technology as the core, and successfully introduce Hengsheng environmental protection, Fengyue environmental protection, Changhong Technology and other enterprises to form a non-ferrous metal industry chain.

In order to promote the early implementation, early construction and early effect of the project, the main leaders of Zixing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have "one-to-one" tracked and contacted the investment projects to help solve various difficulties and problems such as approval, land use and financing in a timely manner; established the tracking mechanism of projects under discussion to enhance the competitiveness of attracting investment with the best service. In 2020, Zixing City has introduced 57 projects with 17.3 billion yuan of contract investment, including 2 projects of top 500 enterprises. Since new year's day this year, Zixing City has successively introduced upstream and downstream tourism related projects, such as Jiangbin international, Tsingtao beer culture experience center, MGM meihui town complex, Yijing Camp phase II, Cherry Blossom Town, smart scenic spot, boutique homestay, etc., which further enriched Dongjiang Lake tourism matching industry and achieved a "good start" in precise investment promotion of cultural tourism industry chain.
