On the afternoon of April 8, our city held cooperation talks with China Tungsten High Tech Materials Co., Ltd. Liu Zhiren, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Li Zhongze, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Tungsten High Tech Co., Ltd. attended the talks.

China Tungsten Hightech Materials Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in developing tungsten industry under China Minmetals Group Co., Ltd., one of the world's top 500 enterprises. It manages and operates a complete tungsten industry chain integrating mining, smelting, processing and trade. It has many leading advantage products, including cutting tools, it tools, cemented carbide bars, ball teeth, roller products, powder products, etc., which are at the leading level in China.

Liu Zhiren welcomed the arrival of Li Zhongze and his party and expressed his gratitude for the contribution made by China Tungsten Hightech to Chenzhou's economic and social development. Liu Zhiren said that Chenzhou is an innovation demonstration zone of the national sustainable development agenda. Starting from solving the main contradictions restricting sustainable development, Chenzhou has actively explored the path and mode of sustainable utilization of water resources and green development. In terms of building a good ecology, developing green economy, promoting innovation and opening up, and promoting the sharing of the whole people, Chenzhou will make efforts to build a green water and green mountain model area, a green transformation demonstration area, and a leading area for inclusive development.

Based on the new development stage, in order to achieve high-quality development, Chenzhou's ecological environment and resource-based industry development have put forward higher requirements. Chenzhou will bear in mind the General Secretary Xi Jinping's "giving full play to strengths, avoiding weaknesses and making Chenzhou develop well" entrusted by the general secretary of Chenzhou, and implementing the "three high four new" strategy of the provincial Party committee, based on its own advantages, insisting that the government and enterprises should work together to make new breakthroughs in the development of new materials manufacturing industry of nonferrous metals. Chenzhou and China Tungsten Hightech should do a good job in docking, establish common development goals according to the "14th Five Year Plan" of both sides, and take practical measures in environmental protection, safety, scientific and technological innovation, etc. Chenzhou will also provide good services for enterprises, create a good development environment, and ensure the realization of the goals of the 14th Five Year Plan.

Li Zhongze said that China Tungsten Hightech has five enterprises in Chenzhou. During the 13th Five Year Plan period, the total investment exceeded 2.5 billion yuan, the total sales revenue reached 8 billion yuan, and the taxes and fees paid were 750 million yuan. During the "14th Five Year Plan" period, China Tungsten Hightech will focus on building Shizhuyuan green mine demonstration site, comprehensive utilization of resources, and building a world-class mining enterprise technology center, continuously increase the strength, intensity and speed of innovation, and truly build itself into a world-class enterprise in the same industry. Li Zhongze hoped that China Tungsten Hightech and Chenzhou City will continue to strengthen cooperation and exchanges to achieve win-win results.
