On April 22, Jiang Bo, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of the CPPCC Municipal Committee, went to Chenzhou Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce for investigation.

Jiang Bo successively went to Xianglong Logistics Company, Hunan Changxin Construction Group, Hengchi Automobile Group, Hunan Bangjie Smart City Operation Management Company and other member enterprises to learn about the production and operation of the enterprise. At the subsequent forum, Jiang Bo listened to the work report of the Chamber of Commerce and interacted with representatives of young entrepreneurs. The city's Young Entrepreneurs Association was established in July 2019 with 163 members under the age of 45. The Party branch was established in January 2020 with 53 members of the Communist Party of China.

Jiang Bo fully affirmed the achievements and unique role of the Chamber of Commerce since its establishment. He pointed out that the 11th plenary session of the fifth municipal Party committee has made a comprehensive plan for implementing the strategy of "three high and four new", striving to build "one pole and six districts" and promoting Chenzhou's high-quality development. Young entrepreneurs are in the forefront of the times and have broad prospects and promising prospects in the new journey. The Chamber of Commerce should strengthen ideological and political guidance, actively guide young entrepreneurs to listen to and follow the Party, practice socialist core values, and be sentimental and responsible entrepreneurs in the new era; should further serve the member units and enterprises, timely report the situation to the Party committee and government, convey the voice, actively help coordinate and solve practical problems, and help create a good business environment; should effectively achieve "two full coverage" of Party organization and Party work in member enterprises, further do a good job in developing Party members, and constantly improve the level of Party building in non-public enterprises. The majority of young entrepreneurs should be more conscious and take the initiative to shoulder their social responsibility, always adhere to honest and law-abiding management, protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprise employees, and set an example in promoting industrial development, consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation, supporting rural revitalization, carrying out glorious undertakings, and promoting common prosperity. The CPPCC should further strengthen its ties with the Chamber of Commerce, unite more young entrepreneurs, support them to concentrate on running enterprises and pioneering undertakings, and strive to be a new force for Chenzhou's high-quality development.
