The Chenzhou Municipal Government and Hunan Construction Engineering Group (HNCEG) signed a strategic framework cooperation agreement on June 9. Both sides will deepen cooperation in such fields as investment, construction and operation to achieve win-win development.  

HNCEG is a large state-owned enterprise in Hunan Province and one of China’s top 500 enterprises. It has formed a long-term strategic partnership with the city in 2020. Over the past ten years, HNCEG has invested more than 10 billion yuan in Chenhzou, and built many key projects like Xiangshan Avenue, Chenzhou International Convention &Exhibition Center and Yuhou Street. It made contributions to the city construction, improvement of people’s livelihood and development of regional economy in Chenzhou City.

Embarking on a new development stage, both sides will carry out cooperation to achieve mutual development through the combination of government promotion and market operation in investment and financing, project construction, operation and maintenance management, which will involve such projects as shantytown renovation, infrastructure construction, industrial cooperation, new infrastructure and natural resources exploitation.
