The southwest logistics industrial park of Xingsheng Youxuan, a new IoT retail platform, is under construction in Chenzhou Hi-tech Zone.

The park is planned to be built by stages, with an investment of 2 billion and an area of 361 mu (24,066,666 square meters). The first phase aims to build a logistics industrial park integrating warehousing, logistics, distribution, processing and production. The second phase is to build an industrial manufacturing center featuring storage, processing and packaging.
