The Dongjianghu Big Data Industrial Park is located by the Dongjiang Lake, covering an area of 4,500 mu (300 hectares), with a total planned investment of 50 billion yuan. It has 200,000 racks, a green data center with PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) less than 1.2 and more than 1,000 enterprises on big data industrial chain. The Park strives to build the most energy-saving green data center industrial demonstration base in the country, the only full-natural cooling data center demonstration base in southern China, and the South China Green Data Valley. 

 

It is estimated to realize a sales income of more than 20 billion yuan in 2025, taxes and fees exceeding 1.2 billion yuan, and absorb 15,000 staff. At present, the Park has been approved as Hunan Big Data Industrial Park, Hunan New Industrialization (Big Data) Demonstration Base, Hunan Big Data Disaster Preparedness Center, Hunan Government Affairs Data Center, Hunan E-Government External Network Unified Cloud platform disaster Preparedness Center and the first batch of National Incremental Power Distribution Reform Pilot.
