With a total investment of 1.6 billion yuan and a construction area of 480,000 square meters, the park consists of standard workshops, warehouses and headquarters buildings for cross-border e-commerce enterprises.

 

The construction of the park was started on March 1 this year and its first phase is now in operation. When it is fully completed, it can accommodate more than 100 enterprises and realize an annual output value of more than 5 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue of more than 200 million yuan.

 

This year, Beihu District has attached importance to investment attraction. It has carried out investment promotion over 40 times in areas like Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and introduced 45 projects with a total investment of 21.9 billion yuan.

 

Besides, emphasis has also been put on project construction. The district has arranged 294 major projects with a total investment of about 132.41 billion yuan and an annual investment of about 29.3 billion yuan. 

 

In the first three quarters of this year, the growth rate of GDP and industrial added value above designated size in Beihu District both ranked first in the whole city.
