The two bases above are ecological and public welfare projects for young people to receive quality education on ecological civilization and for the youth from Hong Kong and Macau to study and exchange in Hunan province.

 

The local government of Guidong County and other relevant persons in charge as well as enterprise representatives have signed such projects as the operation and management of the "Earth Warehouse Qingzhu Yunqi", Guidong County Chinese herbal medicine and forestry comprehensive development project, Guidong Wanyang Mountain tourism resort, the white tea processing plant of Lanlaodie tea industry.

 

In June 2018, the CPPCC members from Hong Kong and Macau came carried out an activity in Qingzhu Village for the first time to promote rural construction. Over the past five years, they have continued to help the village with infrastructure construction, guide the development of homestay tourism and make efforts to create a model of rural revitalization, bringing great changes to the village.
