The project covers a total area of 400 mu (about 26.67 hectares) with a construction area of around 200,000 square meters and includes four sub-projects. The building for guest rooms has been capped. Nearly 60% of the floor works of the International Conference Center have been completed. The main venue of the information release center will be fully capped in mid-March.

 

The Tiantang Hot Spring Tourism Resort is a key project concerning the second Hunan Tourism Development Conference, and is also one of the main venues of the conference. During the Spring Festival holiday, the construction unit accelerated the construction to ensure the project will be delivered on schedule.

 

Since last year, Suxian District has overcome various adverse factors and achieved new breakthroughs in the number of projects and total investment.

 

On January 28, the first day of work in the new year, 9 key projects concerning the provincial tourism development conference, including Tiantang Hot Spring Tourism Resort and 711 Red Culture Tourism Industrial Park, and over 30 sub-projects resumed construction.

 

Suxian District will further promote the construction of key projects through coordinated efforts in the whole process, in an effort to ensure all the projects will be completed and put into use by the end of August 2023.
