2023 Chenzhou Entrepreneur Conference attracts 37 billion yuan

The opening ceremony of 2023 Chenzhou Entrepreneur Conference was held on May 18, participated by more than 400 entrepreneurs. On the spot, 10 outstanding chambers of commerce, 5 excellent investment-attracting ambassadors and 4 newly hired investment-attracting ambassadors in Chenzhou City in 2023 were announced and plaques were awarded to 20 liaison stations for Hunan entrepreneurs outside to return back and invest in Chenzhou.
In recent years, a series of activities have been carried out to attract Hunan entrepreneurs to return back for business. Anren County signed 31 projects with a total investment of 14.01 billion yuan. Suxian District attracted the total contract value of 5.915 billion yuan. Yongxing County signed the investment projects for the cultural, tourism, and health care industry worth 2.16 billion yuan.
Over the last five years, the newly introduced projects and the established enterprises from Chenzhou entrepreneurs have accounted for 80% in Chenzhou City, and the investment has exceeded 230 billion yuan. Chenzhou entrepreneurs have played a critical role in the city’s industrial development, technological innovation, and paying taxes and creating jobs.
During the Chenzhou Entrepreneur Conference, 25 projects were signed, with the total investment of 36.97 billion yuan. Among them, 15 projects were signed on site with the total investment of 33.91 billion yuan, involving multiple industries like logistics, optoelectronics, new energy, intelligent manufacturing, and new materials.
