Liu Zhiren- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated some major enterprises of Chenzhou City recently. Liu required that sound development condition should be served for the enterprises.

According to the implementation solution concerned for “three key points” figured out by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou City, Jingui Silver, Jinwang Bismuth, and Shizhuyuan Non-Ferrous Metals. When the investigation team arrived at the workshops of the three companies, workers were busy with the production there. They tried great efforts on technological innovation and capital operation, which helped to grant the company with sound development trend. Liu Zhieren learned the details of production and operation via visiting workshops and projects sites.

Liu Zhiren communicated with the principals of the three companies on the following symposium. He dispatched relative work to the departments after learning the problems of the companies.

Liu emphasized that sound development condition should be served for the enterprises by implementing good service and policies. More efficient policies and powerful solutions should be worked out via investigation, especially helping the companies to solve problems on capitals, lands, labor forces, innovation, gaining profits, and etc. Cleaner and efficient government should be improved on the consideration of serving for companies and people. The reform of industrial park should be further promoted, especially on the improvement of infrastructures, service level, and etc.

Liu required that all companies should improve their capacities on innovation, opening up, and management and keep improving their capacity of sustainable development. More efforts should be tried on the innovation of product, technology, mechanism, management, and cost control to improve their competitiveness and upgrade their economic profits. The safety work should never be ignored which is purposely to contribute more to keep the stability of society.

Liu Zhiren figured out three solutions on enhancing the connection between government and enterprise and settling problems high efficiently. He required that the docking mechanism for the government and companies should be worked out sooner with specified connection relationship among company, department, and principal; the problem list should be clarified to be solved on time; and “cancellation list” should be applied as well to present clear presentation of the solved problem and under-settlement.
