Establishing a local entrepreneurial guidance expert service group can give full play to the important role of expert service group in employment and entrepreneurship work, reduce the entrepreneurial venture, improve the success rate of entrepreneurship, and boost the economic development of our region." According to reports, on the basis of entrepreneurial guidance services experts group, which was set up in July 2010, Beihu District further expanded the number of members of the experts group, invited the experts from government agencies who are proficient in the sector policies and regulations and related business, scholars and successful entrepreneurs to join the group, increased to 58 members.

The new entrepreneurial expert guidance group provides policy advice, business planning and many other services for 644 entrepreneurs in Beihu District through the policy consulting, entrepreneurship training, business project collection, review and referral, opening guidance and related follow-up services. 3 university graduate internship bases have been identified and 551,800 yuan of college graduates entrepreneurship subsidy has been applied during two years.
