Liu Zhiren- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated some key taxpayer companies on April 7, 2017. Liu emphasized that all departments should keep optimizing the services and environment and cultivate more tax resources.

Liu visited Jinbi Real Estate, Gospel, and some other companies and learned details of their operation and production condition.

A symposium was held afterward. Liu said some large scale enterprises and key taxpayer companies were improved in Chenzhou City after years’ efforts. Those companies play leading roles on improving the economic development of Chenzhou City, as well as improvement of “New Chenzhou”, “new increasing pole of Hunan Province”, and well-off society. All departments should follow the principal of serving for market entities especially the key taxpayer enterprises to serve them with sound development condition; should respect the taxpayers and well implement the significant speech of President Xi Jinping’s speech to establish new relationship between politics and commerce and upgrade the working efficiency; and should improve the strategies of “leading by industries and improving overall development” and well handle the work on “three significant points” to improve the development of key enterprises.

Liu Zhiren required that all the market entities which represent by the key taxpayer enterprises should contribute more to the social development via integrity operation and innovative development; should try best to be improved as the leading companies; should be the pioneers of entrepreneurship and innovation; and should be the examples of integrity operation and social return.
