On June 8, the city's key tourism project construction promotion meeting was held. Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren made the "consultation" on the key tourism projects in whole city at the meeting. He stressed to vigorously promote the tourism projects construction and develop the high quality, high level, high cross, strong brand, strong ecology and strong benefit global tourism.

In 2017, Chenzhou focused on 10 tourism projects and the total investment of the annual plan was 3.280 billion yuan. At the meeting, the relevant person in charge of the projects put forward the most pressing difficulties and problems one by one.

Liu Zhiren listened, recorded and worked on the issues reflected in the projects. He pointed out to speed up the progress of the projects and strengthen the communication. The functional departments should take the initiative to serve, administrate according to law, strengthen the guidance and solve the problem; the project owners should prepare the main documents, abide by law and regulations and settle formalities. The two sides should understand each other, mutual support, put yourself in others shoes, and work together to promote the projects. For the difficulties and problems in the promotion process of current projects, we should make lists, make suggestions, assign tasks, clarify responsibilities, set time and try to solve them as soon as possible.

Liu Zhiren stressed that the tourism industry is an important breakthrough in the transformation of Chenzhou and we must attach great importance to it. We must establish a large tourism, large industry, big market concept, seize the opportunity, play the advantages, and use good policy to develop the high quality, high level, high cross, strong brand, strong ecology and strong benefit global tourism.

We must achieve the high quality planning, high quality and strong brand comprehensive start; achieve the high speed construction, high quality and strong ecological comprehensive promotion; achieve the high tech operation, high cross and strong benefit comprehensive development; carefully plan and market a number of high-quality tourism products to accelerate the construction of strong tourism city. The projects are the important support for the development of the tourism industry and we must promote with all our efforts.

The relevant responsible person and unites contacting the projects must increase the coordination efforts, increase coordination with the relevant departments of higher level, and take the initiative to speed up the project approval, planning, land targets and other progresses; the responsible units, especially the main person in charge of the units must do the basic work, deal with the rod lines removal, demolition resettlement and other issues to ensure not to delay the progress of the projects and give a clear time limit for the problems to ensure the problems solving in place; must speed up the progress of the project construction, seize the favorable weather, clear the timetables and task graph, and accelerate the progress on the basis of confirming the quality, safety and cost control to construct the quality and clean projects. The tourism project construction is a systematic project that we must cooperate closely.

The government leaders at all levels must strengthen the organization and leadership, strengthen the leadership of tourism development work, establish a sound working leading group, and clear the "six one" responsibility system for each tourism project of "one tourism project, one leader, one responsible department, one service team, one program management and one propulsion measure"; the tourism sectors must form the promoting efforts and strengthen the organization and coordination. The relevant departments must fully perform the departmental responsibilities and improve service efficiency; must strengthen supervision and assessment, intensify supervision over the progress and completion of tourism projects, urge to solve and ask for strict accountability once found problems.
