In order to promote the development of Chenzhou commerce chambers and Chenzhou merchants and play the best advantages of the chambers, Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government decide to hold first Chenzhou Merchants Conference & investment partnering meeting of “welcoming county fellows return to hometown”. Chenzhou held the scheduling conference for the conference.

The conference was planned to be held in Chenzhou city from March 30- March 31, 2016. The principals for this event are: gathering and improving Chenzhou merchants, attracting investments by Chenzhou merchants. The activities include: Chenzhou Merchants Conference, special promotion of the conference and signing ceremony, investigation for “welcoming county fellows to place investment in hometown”, and etc. It planned to check 100 investment attraction projects as the key docking projects, invite 300 participants, sign 10 projects together, and collect series projects to be signed separately.

It was required that the conference should be followed the principals of safe, prudence, pragmatic, and efficient to be handled out scientifically. All the working teams should figure out relative working program with specified designation of work and responsibilities. The subordinate departments, counties and districts should follow the arrangement to handle relative work and finish the preparation work on time, so that ensure the conference to be fulfilled successfully.
