Liu Zhiren investigates in Hanergy Holding Group.

On July 5, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren carried out the investment investigation in Beijing and paid the return visit to TUNGHSU GROUP and Hanergy Holding Group which conducted the business trips in Chenzhou last month to promote the introduction of the projects and transfer the sincerity of Chenzhou in attracting investment.

TUNGHSU GROUP is a diversified industrial group, which owns three listed companies and is a leader in the field of new materials in the world; Hanergy Holding Group is a global clean energy transnational corporation and is a global leader in thin-film solar power generation.

After several rounds of business investigation and meticulous research, the two companies had a preliminary understanding of Chenzhou and showed a certain interest to invest in Chenzhou. Liu Zhiren carried out the different promotion according to the different investment intention of the two companies.

In the discussion with Li Zhaoting, Chairman of TUNGHSU GROUP, Liu Zhiren introduced in detail on the various advantages of Chenzhou as a cultural resort, resource treasure, traffic location, good place for health and pension, and open height. Liu Zhiren said that Chenzhou had implemented the strategies of "Innovation leading and opening rising" and "Industry-led, all-round development", comprehensively promoted the industrial transformation and upgrading, undertook the industrial transfer, and achieved significant development effectiveness in the non-ferrous metal industry, cultural tourism industry, boutique exhibition and mineral gem industry, ecological green industry, graphite and new materials industry, the park industrial undertaking and industrial development in recent years. At present, Chenzhou devotes every effort to promote the "key tackling, key projects, key enterprises", and strives to build the loyalty, rule of law, service, efficient and honest government to create a good environment for enterprise development and project construction. Liu Zhiren believed that the TUNGHSU GROUP will be able to find many opportunities in Chenzhou development, promote the new material industry as the representative of the high-tech industry development and take the road of win-win cooperation with Chenzhou.

In the Hanergy Holding Group, Liu Zhiren and the executive team exchanged the views on the cooperation of specific projects. Liu Zhiren said he hoped that Hanergy Holding Group and Chenzhou could establish a link mechanism, organize a docking team, clarify the specific cooperation plan and future cooperation planning, and strive to achieve substantial progress in related projects as soon as possible. Chenzhou will do a good job in schedule of preparatory work and lay the foundation for future projects.

Chenzhou was full of sincerity to let the investment investigation achievements: TUNGHSU GROUP and Chenzhou officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and cleared to carry out cooperation in the field of grapheme and focus on promoting the graphene energy-saving lighting factory and energy data center project landing operation in the near future; Hanergy Holding Group and Chenzhou conducted a comprehensive docking in cooperation on related projects, and agreed to carry out the further discuss on clearing the relevant content and details of the cooperation in the near future.

At that night, Liu Zhiren also met with the responsible person of JD Capital Group and other enterprises. Liu Zhiren promoted Chenzhou to them and welcomed them into Chenzhou to convey new ideas and new concepts, and look for a starting point for cooperation together with Chenzhou. Liu Zhiren asked the Municipal Department of Commerce to take the list of investment projects as soon as possible and make the docking with JD Capital Group and other investors to lay a solid foundation for future cooperation.
