When reporters visited Yongxing High Tech Industrial Park in the end of this May, workers of Zhonghe Technology Ltd. Co. were busy with the construction work under the sound weather condition. It was introduced by Liu Lidong who is the principal of the company that the company was settled down here due to the sound services provided by local Government. Everything was settled within one month from the discussion of project to the construction of project. It would be mainly on the manufacturing and marketing of electronic products and some packing materials.

In recent years, Yongxing County placed the best role of its location advantages and paid special attention on the investment attraction of leading industries to promote the improvement of “100-billion-yuan industrial park”. It focused on some key industries as rare metals, deepening processing, electronic information, high molecular material, and etc. to handle the accurate investment attraction on industrial parks, Taiwan and state-owned enterprises, and technology. In order to make sure the projects can be settled down sooner, a special working mechanism was carried out by the county leaders. According to the arrangement, every county leader should take in charge of the communication with 1-2 investment projects and 1-2 merchants. Followed this way, 60 key merchants were connected by 52 county leaders. Concerned for the policies, more favorable files were issued by the county to grant the investors with better environment. More innovative investment attraction ways were handled out by the county, such as establishing big data service platform and organizing network of chambers of merchants in different places to communicate with the merchants accurately and provide them with “baby-sitter” services. 

From this January to April, USD656.1 million foreign investments were actually used by the county, accounting for 41.16% of the annual task, up 12,65% which is 1.92% higher than the average level of Chenzhou City; in the meantime, 1.558billion yuan domestic investments were used there, accounting to 35.64% of the annual task, up 31.47% which is 16.47% higher than the average level of Chenzhou City.
