In recent years, in order to cultivate more market players, Yongxing County strongly carried forward the spirit of craftsman, which positively helped to cultivate more high-level workers with sound knowledge, skill, and capacity of innovation. It provided great supports of talents on the improvement of real economy. Yongxing County played the best role of the model workers on teaching local workers more skills of entrepreneurship, cultivation of sweet orange, manufacturing of silver crafts, and etc., which granted the communities and enterprises with more talented workers.

In the meantime, Yongxing County tried to improve the cooperation between the department and enterprise. Yongxing Federation of Trade Unions worked together with some enterprises, industrial parks, other department, and vocational schools to build more training bases of craftsman and professional skills. Followed the improvement plan, some intermediate and senior technicians can follow suitable courses to improve their skills. All the qualified technicians can be hired by some enterprises, which enabled the training process & income increase to be improved as a long term mechanism. It was learned that more than 80 craftsmen of silver products were trained by Yongxing County in the first half year of 2017. 70% of them were employed by local enterprises, while rest 30% hired by other companies from Henan and Yunnan provinces with high level salaries. According to the record, the average salary of them was over 6000yuan/month.

Furthermore, better encouragement mechanism on innovation was carried out by the county. In recent 2 years, over 300,000yuan funds were placed on Dabujiang Quilting Embroidery Company, Chaoyang Silver, United Silver, Jingxun Photoelectricity, Yongxing Vocational School, and Jinhuang Training School. It was reported that 6 Hunan provincial brand companies of Yongxing County, such as Xingguang Company, Taiyu Tea Oil, Xihe Lead Industry, Xinyu Environmental Protection, and etc. contributed greatly on creation, energy conservation and emission reduction, and upgrading of smart manufacturing. Yang Zhi and some talented technicians were rewarded with “May Day Labor Medal” on the technological innovation.
