On June 28, Chenzhou officially established the Chenzhou Talent Development Promotion Association and held the first member assembly.

At the assembly, the responsible person of the Talent Development Promotion Association Preparatory Office reported on the preliminary preparatory work and the responsible person of the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau read out the "Reply to the Agreement on the Establishment of Chenzhou Talent Development Promotion Association". The assembly also adopted the "Chenzhou Talent Development Promotion Association rules (draft)", and elected the president, vice president, director and supervisory board members of the first board.

Municipal Standing Committee and Municipal Organization Department Minister Jiang Feng pointed out that the establishment of talent development promotion association is to innovate the concept of talent work, reform talent management, innovate talent mechanism and fully implement talent strategy. The Talent Development Promotion Association is the intermediary organization and social organization to serve Chenzhou talent, and undertakes the important functions of connecting talents, research, expert consultation and recruiting talents. We should give full play to talent gathering, rich resources and wide range of advantages, focus on the overall strategy of "industry-led, comprehensive development" and the general requirements of "developing industry, strengthening entities, improving quality, increasing effectiveness" put forward by municipal committee and government, and play a role in attracting talent, talent services, communication and coordination to make due contributions to promoting the city's economic and social development. Jiang Feng required that the organization department should take the lead to grasp, and conscientiously fulfill the duties of macro-guidance, organization and coordination, communication, supervision and inspection; the relevant departments should strengthen the support and overall linkage to provide convenience and support for the talent development promotion association; the Talent Development Promotion Association should strengthen self construction, establish and improve the rules and regulations, carry out the work according to the regulations, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of member units according to the law, and continuously improve the work level and service quality.
