In the morning of January 12, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone and Hunan Chang Xing Jian She Group signed the contract of total investment 500 million yuan which is the first investment in the New Year.

The project of total investment 500 million yuan was called "Hunan hope to live in science and technology industry ".The site was in the Shigaitang Industrial Park of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone. After the completion, annual production capacity fabricated building products would be 500 thousand square meters and achieve an annual output value of more than 750 million yuan and annual tax of 50 million yuan.

The project was jointly developed by Hunan Chang Xin Jian She Group and other companies. It was set product research and development, manufacture, training, quality testing integration, using the most advanced assembly-building production technology. The project conformed to the national development of green building strategy and would help to accelerate the pace of housing industrialization in Chenzhou and to speed up the realization of green residential, recycling and low-carbon development.
