On the afternoon of August 7, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren and He Xiangcheng, Director of Shenzhen Zehui Asset Management Company, discussed the relevant issues of financing of overseas bond issuance.

At the meeting, the relevant person in charge of Shenzhen Zehui Asset Management Company introduced the feasibility and necessity of overseas bond issuance and the key points of overseas bond financing program.

Liu Zhiren said that Chenzhou is implementing the strategy of "innovation lead, open and rise" and "industry-led, all-round development", speeding up the construction of "five Chenzhou" and building the new growth pole in Hunan. In the "12th Five-Year" period, Chenzhou's urban construction, infrastructure and urban appearance have been very good promotion; in the "13th Five-Year" period, Chenzhou will focus on promoting the upgrading of traditional industries, the global tourism, cultural industries, exhibition and mineral gemstone industry, graphite and new materials industry and eco green industry around the industry led and all-round development. In accordance with the requirements of the provincial party committee and government, we should do a good job in the real economy through financial services.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that finance is the blood of economic development, and the more developed cities, the more needs a sound financial system. He hoped that Shenzhen Zehui Asset Management Company will set up branches in Chenzhou to help small and medium enterprises to solve the financing difficulties and financing expensive issues through understanding the needs of Chenzhou development; the relevant departments should strengthen cooperation with Shenzhen Zehui and study relevant laws and take precautions against the legal risks and exchange rate risks of overseas bond issuance.

He Xiangcheng said that overseas bond issuance with the advantages of low financing costs, easy to use and long time, will bring a lot of space for the construction of Chenzhou City. He hoped that Chenzhou can strengthen support and we will also do a good job in overseas bond issuance and contribute to the further development of Chenzhou's urban construction.
