Recently, Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress investigated some key projects and key enterprises. Yi stated that all relative departments should be confident to improve the development of projects and enterprises, especially for the real economy and should try best to fulfill the annual targets.

Yi Pengfei learned the details of light rail and mineral gem industrial park and listened to the reports delivered by principals of Amer Group, Yuteng Non-Ferrous, Nanfang Graphite, Gospel, and etc. Yi Pengfei studied the problems hindered on the way carefully and designated the tasks to relative departments with specified time schedule requirement.

Concerned for the work of key projects and key enterprises, Yi Pengfei stated that all departments should be confident and try best to handle it. The principal of “leading by innovation, and rising up via opening up” and “leading by industry, improving overall development” should be followed to improve the foundations of development of industries and real economy and create more conditions for Chenzhou’s stable and sustainable development. Currently, Chenzhou City is on the stage of improvement of foundation, all departments should keep the targets, ideas, and measures without any doubt even though the increasing speed slowed down temporarily. All departments should well seize the chance of Central Government and Hunan Provincial Government’s concerns on improvement of real economy and pay more attention on the improvement of industrial parks, industries, and investment attraction to promote Chenzhou City’s real economy. Sound foundations for further development of Chenzhou City’s real economy and industries should be laid in 3-5 years, which was purposely to improve its sustainable development for a long term.

Yi emphasized that more attentions should be paid on the settlement and improvement of the projects via investment attraction. The four elements on investment attraction as power, integrity, successful cases, and professional team should be followed to upgrade the settlement rate of projects; special attention should be paid on some key points, such as key area- the Pearl River Delta and key enterprises- the top 500 enterprises and state-owned enterprises, and etc. The role of merchants’ chambers should be well played and Chenzhou Merchants Industrial Parks should be established in some places with sound conditions. All departments should undertake their responsibilities to implement “20 conditions for improvement of industrial parks”.

Yi Pengfei emphasized that sound working style and spirits should be applied on the implementation of improving Chenzhou City’s development and relative measures. More attention should be paid on enhancing the working style construction; the supervision work should be enhanced; cadres and leaders should set good examples to guide the work. The enterprises should operate the businesses honestly and upgrade their core competitiveness. The whole city should work together to ensure the real economy, enterprises, and industries to be improved efficiently and all preset targets to be fulfilled on time.
