It was learned from Zixing city that 306,000mu agricultural products lands have been qualified as pollution-free lands which can contribute 2 billion yuan output value annually.

In recent years, focused on the themes of "green and environmental protection", Zixing city placed great efforts on improving the standardized production of agricultural products. Along with the stricter monitoring of the production of pollution-free agricultural products, Zixing city took active actions to guide the professional cooperatives to handle the qualification and certification work for the products. A full-process control network was established for the quality and safety control of agricultural products of Zixing city.

Furthermore, Zixing city strictly implemented the market access system concerned for the sales of pesticide, fertilizer, seeds, veterinary medicine, and feed, and handled out strict checking for the plantation bases and agro-dealers to fight against the fake and low-quality seeds and strong pesticides, and promote scientific technologies.

Till now, 306,000mu lands have been qualified as the pollution-free lands in Zixing city which was enrolled into the list of national standardized production base counties of green food (tea and orange) materials. Over 40 products as orange, tea, Dongjing fish, cold water rice, tea oil, and etc. were qualified as pollution-free agricultural products, green foods, and organic foods, all of which can contribute 2 billion yuan output value annually.
