On March 19, the reporter learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission that in order to carry out the "Industrial Project Construction Year" in depth, the construction of industrial projects in our city has been developed at full capacity, and the calcium carbonate industry development, Hunan Guangdong Home Intellectual Industry Park, Xiongfeng rare metal comprehensive recovery line and other industrial projects have been fully constructed.

The calcium carbonate industry development project located in Linwu County has completed the construction of 4.4 km of highway from Shuidong to Jielong Park, accounting for about 50% of the total length; 350 mu of mine land requisition has been basically completed;the Anyuan natural stone processing project, with a planned investment of 300 million yuan, has also completed the overall acquisition of Anyuan lead-zinc mine, and the construction has officially started on February 23 this year. So far the project has completed a total investment of 210 million yuan and about 60 million yuan has been invested so far this year.

Hunan Guangdong Home Intellectual Industry Park, located in Guiyang Industrial Park, the overall planning land of about 20000 mu, planning investment of 20 billion yuan,will become the first industrial agglomeration center in Hunan province that integrates home production, trade, expo, logistics, exhibition and scientific research in five years. So far a total of 103 enterprises have signed up to enter the park, the first and second batch of home project land cleaning form and site leveling construction drawings designs, and the financial evaluation have been completed, and the design and construction contracts have been signed, over 90% of site leveling completed; the initial design of the first batch of 7 roads has been completed.

Xiongfeng rare metal comprehensive recovery line project, located in Yongxing County Bolin Industrial Park, covering an area of 313.5 mu, the total investment of 2 billion yuan, was planned to invest 540 million yuan in 2018. Up to now, the annual planned investment of 250 million yuan has been completed, and the smelting system, lead electrolysis system, thin metal recovery system (indium, germanium, gallium, selenium, tellurium), rare metal recovery system, antimony and bismuth recovery system, zinc recovery system and other associated metal recovery systems (copper, tin, etc.) have been constructed. It is planned to complete the construction and acceptance of the project in August 2018.

This year, our city will vigorously promote the construction of industrial projects throughout the city through three major activities, namely, industrial project reserve promotion activities, major industrial project promotion activities, and industrial project construction competition activities, and vigorously implement the "12368" major industrial projects to promote the leading plan, that is to strive to start 10 new major industrial projects with a total investment of more than 5 billion yuan; increase more than 200 new major industrial reserve projects worth more than 100 million yuan in the city; focus on dispatching and promoting 300 major industrial projects with an investment of more than 100 million yuan; promote to complete the annual industrial investment of more than 150 billion yuan to ensure that the proportion of industrial investment and private investment is more than 60% or more than 80% respectively.
