Either of the Parties should bear responsibilities for compensation if it violates this Contract, infringes upon the interests of the other Party and causes damages to the other Party.
5) Each Party shall pay all taxes and fees resulting from the transactions contemplated in this Contract as are imposed upon such Party by PRC Law. Both Parties agree to handle the unaccomplished matters under related rules. Disputes arising from execution of the Contract shall be settled through consultation by Parties hereto; for failure of negotiation, Parties shall refer to _________________________Arbitration Committee for arbitration.
6) This contract shall be made in four copies. Party A, Party B, the Revenue Department and the Housing Department shall keep one copy each.
