The challenge site

It was reported that first “charity cup” Suxianling- Wanhuayan mountain bike challenge was held in Chenzhou city on March 22, 2014. Different activities as cruise around Chenzhou city, 10-kilometer mountain bike challenge, and donation ceremony were held together, which combined the sports with charity well.

In that morning, one bike-riding phalanx and one hiking phalanx were formed by more than 1400 outdoor enthusiasts to cruise around Chenzhou city from Suxian Blessing Square. Their charming spirit and vigor attracted many citizens’ eyes.

On arrival of Wuling Square, the bike-riding phalanx kept their way to ride to Wanhuayan landscape.

The mountain bike challenge was started at around 11:00a.m in that morning. It was introduced that 300 players who were fancy of bike riding joined in this 10-kilometer mountain riding competition. They were divided to five groups. The oldest player was 65-year old.

Chen Xiandong- a 29-year old young man won the champion of men youth group with just 26 minutes to finish the 10-kilometer riding. Chen was famous in this bike riding circle of Chenzhou city. He was one of the representatives of Chenzhou city to attend the trans-Hunan province competition and won good result as well.

At 4:00p.m that afternoon, a collection ceremony was held in the marketing center of Meimei World Urban Commerce Square. The organizing committee of “charity cup” Suxianling- Wanhuayan mountain bike challenge donated 30,000yuan to Dengjiatang Central Primary School of Suxian district.
