Yi Pengfei dispatched the preparation work of the mineral show

In the morning of April 20, 2015, Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee dispatched the preparation work of the third China (Hunan) International Mineral & Gem Show. Yi Pengfei emphasized that all work should be handled out with specified schedule, good quality and safe condition. Chenzhou city should be improved to be an important regional logistics node city by handling the mineral show successfully.

Yi Pengfei and his team visited “first international” stone expo park, Shizhuyuan National Mine Park Museum and Chenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center and learned more details of their construction and exhibition arrangement work. Currently, the construction work for“first international” stone expo park and Shizhuyuan National Mine Park Museum was proceeded to the final stage. The exhibition arrangement work for Chenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center was being carried out orderly. Yi Pengfei stated that because of the limited time and heavy task, all preparation work of the mineral show should be handled out with overall planning and scientific organization. Projects quality and safety work should be paid much more attention to ensure all work to be promoted fluently and followed the time schedule well.

The investment attraction work was one of the key concerns for Yi. He learned the details of the investment attraction work of this mineral show on the organizing committee of the show. Currently, the investment attraction work was being handled out well that foreign exhibitors from over 80 countries stepped into the participation procedures and tens of international famous exhibitors confirmed to attend the show. Some of their exhibition products have been delivered to the halls. Yi said more attention should be paid on overall and long-term investment attraction; and the investment attraction work should be promoted regularly to attract sound and large investments by handling some professional investment attraction events as the mineral show. All were purposely to upgrade the investment attraction work of Chenzhou city.

Yi Pengfei and his team visited Wyndham Hotel and other places afterward to check the preparation of service work of the mineral show. Yi required that transportation organization, exhibition arrangement, reception service and some other basic work should be carried out carefully by paying much attention on the details and support work. The service level should be upgraded comprehensively to show Chenzhou image and ensure all work to be handled out fluently.

Yi also stated on his investigation trip that it should promote Chenzhou city to be a regional important logistics node city and important logistics distribution center by seizing the historic chance of holding the mineral show. Chenzhou city’s modern service level should be upgraded comprehensively by taking full advantages of Chenzhou city’s sound infrastructure condition, well playing the supporting role of the convention and exhibition platforms, and improving the convention and exhibition industry and modern logistics industry. The processing chain and trading chain should be further extended and deep-processing, gem trade and mine cultural tourism should be further improved by taking the best advantages of the abundant mineral crystal resources of Chenzhou city. The mineral show should be promoted as a new start for Chenzhou city’s development to accelerate Chenzhou city’s transformation development and upgrade Chenzhou city’s development power and city popularity.
