When reporters arrived at Guiyang Baoshan National Mine Park workers were busy with the final greening work of the newly constructed road of Baoling north road. Currently, it has been facilitated with some new lamps and planted with trees on both road sides. The mineral show would be held in 6 days, as one of the important sites of the show, Guiyang county was working on the final preparation work of it.

The main preparation work for Guiyang county were as follow: upgrading and reconstruction project of Baoshan National Mine Park, Baoling north road, greening, decoration, lighting up and purification for the roads of visiting routes, and so on. In order to work well for the preparation, Guiyang county divided relative departments into 9 groups as propaganda, security, sanitation, and etc. with specified responsibility system; and handled out routine checking and notification mechanism to ensure all problems hindered on the way of preparation to be solved on time.
Besides the construction of hardware, Guiyang county also took active actions on translation work of the introduction of landscapes. It also enrolled some volunteers with excellent English knowledge to rehearse Hunan Kunqu opera, which was aimed to present a delicate cultural feast to all guests. It also paid great attention on the propaganda work via traditional media as website, newspaper and TV and new type of media as Wechat and Weibo.
