In order to sprint to 2012 Hunan International Tourism Festival Opening Ceremony and the 2nd Chenzhou International Leisure Tourism Festival which will be held in 10 days, Chenzhou organization committee of the festival hold the forth scheduling conference on September 3 and designed the details of preparation work for the festival. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou city required that departments at all levels should strictly follow the time schedule to carry out all the preparation work in order to make it successfully held.

Following the general requirement of the festival with more characteristics, highlights, and efficiencies, Chenzhou government has tired best to detail the arrangements and fine preparation in the past months. Now, the festival is on the final stage. Concerning the opening ceremony party, the stage design, play scripts and texts were approved by Hunan provincial and Chenzhou municipal leaders; the stage construction and decoration have been nearly finished, and the rehearsals of programs have been well carried out. As to 37 key tourism projects, 35 among the listed scheduling projects have been accomplished or on the final stage, such as the dam dock of Dongjiag Lake scenery and trails of Longjing valley fulfilled, Dongjiang road upgrading project nearly finished. What’s more, Baoshan mining tourism project and other entertainment items like the small train in Dongjiang Lake will be opened to public prior to the opening ceremony. Some other issues such as the festival propaganda work, investment attraction activities, security work, guest invitation, volunteers’ training, etc. are in good order, strictly following the festival arrangement.

Concerning the invitation, reception, security, site layout and other preparation work, the government specified the detailed arrangements like the responsible team, leader, duty officer, and completion time. Qu Hai and relative teams visited Huatian hotel, Xiongsen hotel and other reception hotels before the conference and checked the preparation work such as site layout, guest accommodation, eating plan, etc..

Qu Hai highly affirmed the preparation group’s good work. He pointed out that now it is the sprint stage for the festival preparation, all the departments should try their best to finish all the preparation work with high standard, quality, requirement, and efficiency, guaranteeing the tourism festival to be held successfully.
