The awarding ceremony for provincial rural tourism service centers & training conference for hotel servers was held in Guidong county, Chenzhou city on September 4, 2012.
In the ceremony, Muqiu Villa was awarded as Hunan provincial rural tourism service center, while Guidong Baoshan Hotel, Guidong Home Inn, Furuitai Hotel and Yinhe Hotel were awarded as Chenzhou municipal star levels of service centers.

On the training conference, it was pointed out that all the awarded service centers were significant to promote Guidong county’s tourism industry. The infrastructures of Guidong tourism sceneries and rural tourism service centers should be perfected step by step by carrying out the establishment working. All the five- star rural tourism service center and tourism family hotels should be improved with guidelines of the star level requirements in order to regulate management and upgrade service quality.

After the awarding ceremony, the teacher gave a lively lesson to all the hotel servers by setting the living examples on the service and showing the settlement accordingly. It was learned that the training would last for two days, mainly focusing on the improvement of servers’ skills, regulation of service etiquettes and behaviors. After this training, all the hotel servers can provide better services for the visitors from Guidong sub-venue of the 2nd China Chenzhou international leisure tourism festival.
