Located at some 17 kilometers to the southwest of Chenzhou, Wanhua Rock Scenic Spot is a large scale underground river limestone cave and is still growing. It was formed approximately 3.5 to 3.2 million years ago in lower carbon calcareous rock. There is, in northwest direction, an underground river about 9 kilometers long. The main cave is 2,245 meters long. In the cave, there are 13 halls with different characteristics. The scenic area assumes the typical southern Karst landform style and is famous for its natural scenery. Inside the cave, the rocks are of shapes, of which the crystal cone rock in the water is rare, and the stalagmites and stalactites are fantastic.

Traffic Route: Take a sightseeing bus or taxi at Chenzhou South Bus Station, or take Bus No.9 at Meiqi Building on Yanquan Road, which costs 4 yuan.
