Located in the Chenzhou Cultural Center on the south side of Wuling Square, Chenzhou Museum contains three exhibition halls for history, Western Jin bamboo slips and anti-ice disaster relief. Chenzhou’s history, folk customs and unyielding spirits can be read through more than 208 precious cultural relics, more than 100 Western Jin Dynasty bamboo slips, and more than 180 historic pictures.

The 8,000-squre-meter museum exhibits the most representative and precious historical cultural relics of Chenzhou, which provide a basic overview of the city’s social development and politics, economy, culture and life.
