Ingredients: Spare Ribs

 

Spices: pieces of spring onions and gingers, aniseed, cassia, bay-leaf, rock sugar, salt, soy sauce, rice vinegar, cooking wine

 

Warm Tips:

1. Salt-sugar ratio is 1:3.

2. Soy sauce-vinegar ratio is 2:1.

3. Rock sugar can be replaced by sugar, but the color will not be that bright.
