Chenzhou has a long history of rice cultivation, and locals are very good at making rice snacks. The rice snacks have become more diverse today, with a distinctive and charming Chenzhou flavor. 

 

“This program has enhanced the popularity of fish rice noodles, and we will pass on the good taste of Qifengdu fish rice noodles,” said Li Chenping, an inheritor of Qifengdu fish rice noodles making technique. He noted that as a labor service export enterprise in Hunan Province, Fengchu Legendary Fish Rice Noodles Base exports over 1,000 masters of fish rice noodles on average every year. This year, about 200 such workers have been trained in three batches.
