Tour routes of intangible cultural heritage in Chenzhou

Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism released 10 tour routes of intangible cultural heritage on May 12, among which 6 are in Chenzhou, allowing visitors to experience intangible cultural heritage.
The tour of tasting fish meal
The fish meal is one of the favourite snacks for Chenzhou people. You can pay a visit to Qifengdu Fish Meal Inheritance Base in Suxian District to see how the spicy and delicious fish meal is made and feel the profound cultural deposits of Xiangjiang River Basin.
The tour of blessing
Come and enjoy the legends of Suxian, wood carving Kunqu Opera of southern Hunan, the activity of redeeming vows to Panhu (the ancestor of Yao, Miao and She people in China), the legends of Amitayus Buddha and the wedding accompanying songs in Jiahe.
The tour of seeking roots
You can start a root-seeking journey and explore the origin of Chinese civilization from the legends of Patron of Agriculture, Anren Ganfenshe (a folk religious activity), the legends of Leisi (a farm tool invented by Patron of Agriculture), Anren rice sculptures, the story of Patron of Agriculture teaching people farming and the legends of Shun (a legendary monarch in ancient China).
