Rucheng is a tourist destination in the southern Hunan that integrates Red, blue, green, and ancient tourism resources. Shazhou Village is where the story of “Half a Quilt” took place, which interprets the spirit of hard struggle of the Red Army.

 

Reshui Town is known as the “first hot spring in Southern China” and “first radon spring in China”, and the temperature of hot springs here can reach up to 98 degrees Celsius.

 

Jiulong River National Forest Park, with scattered rocks and waterfalls, is an ecological treasure trove and a natural oxygen bar. In addition, there are green agricultural products such as Baimao tea, small yellow ginger, and golden plums.

Tourists can get to Shazhou Village through Wuhan-Shenzhen Expressway or Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway and then visit Shazhou Red Tourism Scenic Area, the Special Exhibition Hall of “Half a Quilt”, Folk Square, Former Site where the story “Half a Quilt” happened, as well as Shazhou Modern Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Base in the morning.

 

 

 

After having lunch at Shazhou, they can experience traditional intangible cultural heritage projects such as making ciba, tie dyeing, and patchwork embroidery in the Wenshi Yao Township. 

 

 

Tourists can arrive at Quanshui Town through Wuhan-Shenzhen Expressway or Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway, and then visit the Xishan tea garden to admire tea scenery, as well as understand the production process of Xishan tea in Hantang Yao Village.
