Two days left to the opening ceremony of 2012 China Hunan international tourism festival and the 2nd China Chenzhou international leisure tourism festival, Chenzhou government held a comprehensive drill for the festival on September 9, 2012. Mao Tengfei- Deputy Director of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Li Ting- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou city attended this drill.

The opening ceremony stage had been set on the beautiful Dongjiangwan. Three groups of LED colorful display screens and 16 searchlights were well prepared for the ceremony. The staffs and actors were working hard on rehearsals to guarantee the final best performance. With all these preparation, People cannot help expecting a splendid ceremony two days later.

In order to make sure the activity can be successfully held , Mao Tengfei, Li Ting led a team to inspect some places concerning the festival, like Huatian Hotel, Zixing Dongjiang culture square, stage of the opening ceremony, etc. Meanwhile, as to the guest invitation, reception and seeing-off, control of ceremony site, security, drive routes, traffic control, activity organization other issues, the team also had them checked. Furthermore, they studied carefully on the problems of the preparation work reported by organization groups.

Mao Tengfei pointed out that all the preparation work should be settled within the two days before the opening ceremony in order to make it carried out fluently and successfully. All the details of service, organization, security, city environment etc. are related to Chenzhou image. No details can be paid less attention to. All should be helped to show the best side of Chenzhou and promote Chenzhou nationwide as well as worldwide.
