Recently, the concrete road surface of Longyin community section of Yizhang revenue was completed, which marked that the main construction for provincial highway 324 Yilin secondary road & Yizhang revenue was fulfilled. It took about 3 years to complete this project.

It is learned that 324 Yilin secondary road is one of the main road projects of Hunan province “eleventh five-year plan”. It has the distance of 65.506kms from Yizhang to Linwu and constructed with the secondary road standards with road foundation 12 meters wide and road surface 9 meters long. All road surfaces are covered with cement concrete. Its planned speed is about 60kms/h and its total investment arrives at 336 million yuan. Besides the 324 Yilin secondary road, Yizhang county seized the chance to build a city main road of Yizhang revenue meantime. It is about 15.409kms long with about 417.5 million yuan investment by Yizhang government. Its planned speed comes to about 40kms/hour with 40 meters width of road foundation.

The 324 provincial highway is a main traffic line from Chenzhou city to Guangxi, Jiangxi and other provinces and a main traffic line for Yizhang county as well. Once finished, it would be helpful for Chenzhou city to accelerate the construction of a more convenient traffic pattern and significant for Yizhang county to be developed in south Hunan, join in “half hour economy circle”, undertake industrial transfer, upgrade county image, and magnify its local advantage as well as traffic advantage.
